thelab is looking for a Digital Product Manager / Technical Producer to join our team and help execute work centered around creative and technical development of a large e-commerce platform.
We are looking for someone who will work between our clients and our internal development group to plan, scope, and write requirements for the ongoing development of e-commerce websites. The ideal candidate would have site-building experience working directly with developers in an agile environment and with product owners to create technical requirements from business needs. The person who fills this role will be the main day-to-day contact with clients. Need experience managing projects with a large UX component, discover and wire framing component, and executing that into a Design system.

Responsibilities
– Engage with the Creative, Development, and QA teams, to track their progress and ensure any blockers are addressed in a timely manner
– Review deliverables, to ensure project goals have been met before delivery
– Turn client strategy and goals into project briefs and requirements
– Ensure projects stay within timelines and budget
– Develop clear and concise weekly project reports
– Participate in client meetings, take notes, and create follow-up tasks, as needed
– Stay up to speed on multiple projects and deliverables
Requirements
– Experience working on large site build projects that include strategy and taxonomy
– A Technical Producer with at least four (4) years experience managing software development using an Agile methodology
– Able to understand complex application architecture to the extent needed to troubleshoot if necessary
– Adept at writing extremely detailed and clear project documentation
– Experienced with managing small- and medium-size cross-functional teams
– Experienced with Project Management software, such as Redmine or Jira
– Proactive at managing expectations of Production, Creative, Strategic, Account, and Client teams
– Organized, with an astute attention to detail
– Experienced with creating budgets and tracking costs
– Successful at delivering projects on time, to spec, and within budget
Account Director with Strategic Insight
thelab is looking for an Account/Strategy Director to lead client engagements centered around brand, digital marketing, social, and website development with a focus on working closely with creative and technical team.
We are looking for a AD who can work between our client, their media agencies, and our internal creative group to plan and organize execution of the work. The ideal candidate would have experience producing, concepting, and delivering campaigns for digital display, paid social (Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest), online video, as well as email marketing. This role will need to have a strategic approach to building this new business, launching new products and working with a new team to set how the account with run. Experience working in QSR, restaurants/food space is ideal.
We are looking for someone who is opinionated on approach to guide our client and internal team on what works and where our greatest opportunities lie. This role will work closely with a team of designers, animators, copywriters, and developers.

Responsibilities

The Analytics discipline at thelab extends across digital ecosystems including experience and product design, marketing, campaign, and measurement strategy, and testing.
The Head of Analytics represents the data and analytics thinking and point of view on project teams, and with our clients. They will define the data-driven, multi-source analytics approach to develop audience and behavioral insights that will power strategic recommendations and solutions that answer our client’s challenges and needs. They develop a measurement strategy to define success metrics and tracking requirements, and they think through how data can be used to personalize experiences.
This role will be instrumental is solidifying thelab’s relationship to this data, and the Head of Analytics will work with the Executive Leadership team to implement this discipline and emphasize to all departments how it is utilized.
