We’re looking for a Digital Designer (2+ years relevant experience) to join our amazing team at our NYC Hudson Yards office!

What you’ll do:

The Digital Designer will report to the Creative Director and work with a team of designers, copywriters, developers, and producers on new and current projects. We’re looking for a range of design and creative capabilities, which include:
  • Digital design experience: Banners, email marketing, and social campaigns make up the bulk of our work along with the occasional responsive website or landing page. We’ll look for you to easily plug into our day-to-day projects.
  • A love affair with design: We’re looking for someone who is just as obsessed as we are about beautiful typography, photography, and layout.
  • An understanding of motion design. We don’t necessarily need you to animate, but we would like someone who can think through animation that enhances everything from landing pages to client social feeds.
  • Conceptual thinking: All ideas welcome. If you can make it, we’ll pitch it.
  • Grace after the 10th round: Some clients are easier than others. A big part of this job is being okay with client feedback and revisions.
  • A grown-up attitude: we don’t do drama here ☺

We’re looking for a Digital Librarian to join our amazing team at our LA office!

The Digital Librarian is responsible for the daily management of our digital asset management system. The Digital Asset Librarian will work to
organize and maintain agency assets, train internal and external users on a system, deliver reports related to DAM activity and be responsible for the
audit and maintenance of metadata within the DAM. The Digital Asset Librarian will work closely with the leadership of several teams to ensure
assets are accessible and retired as necessary. Key skills include an intense familiarity with all file types, a keen eye for detail, ability to

• Maximize the discovery of digital assets by enhancing product and lifestyle images with metadata that follows established guidelines
and are consistent with business objectives.
• Manage the lifecycle of image assets after creation, including selects and ingestion within Xinet, our digital asset management system (DAM).

Production Designer, Quality Control

We are looking for a highly motivated Production Designer, Quality Control to join our amazing production team at our NYC Hudson Yards office.

Our Production Designer, Quality Control acts as the resident Brand Guardian, ensuring that all work meets brand guidelines, best practices, and the written or verbal brief.  

What you’ll do:

  • Reviewing work against brand guidelines, best practices, and the written or verbal brief.
  • Clarifying and discussing any issues–objective or subjective. Ensuring brand standards are adhered to and job specifications are met.
  • Adhering to client-supplied or internal style guidelines. Ensuring the correct color breaks (palettes) are in use. Helping to interpret and enforce. You will be the resident studio Brand Guardian.
  • Ensuring that all mechanical elements conform to the intended reproduction specifications (SWOP, SNAP or Gracol) including color space, Dmax, resolution, file type/size, and proper separation.
  • Performing alterations of presentation and production files as directed.
  • Using workflow systems to successfully generate press-ready output files, routing prints, and certifiable retouching and contract/publication proofs.
  • Recording accurately and in a timely manner all labor, materials, and required comments in job management/timesheet system.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 2-5 years experience at an advertising agency in a mechanical studio or Quality Control environment.
  • Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator skills required.
  • Must be familiar with and understand the print production/pre-press processes. Digital production standards for HTML5 banners, email and static is a plus.
