How’d we help fast-casual restaurant Qdoba take on the big guys with high-volume, high-quality, performance-oriented creative and always-on optimization?
Qdoba is a leading fast-casual restaurant in the US and Canada, serving up Mexican-style cuisine to more than 700 locations. With a new 360° nationwide campaign, “Making the World a More Flavorful Place,” we worked with Qdoba leadership and partners to refresh the brand expression for a more modern, crave-worthy appeal. Inspired by fresh ingredients and big flavors, we leaned into vivid colors, bold typography, and a friendly tone of voice. Through a test-and-learn approach, our creative spanned across signage, marketing, social, and all digital touch points.
Collaborating with QDOBA, we develop a new brand strategy and activation pillars. Our rallying cry became “flavor”, in all senses of the word. This served as our foundation as we set out to redefine QDOBA’s position in the market and how it talks about the role of food, employees, and guests in their marketing efforts.
To to build a more performance-oriented, modern marketing program, we partner with QDOBA’s media agency to strategize and examine insights. With always-on optimization and a robust testing strategy, we help them stretch every dollar spent. We continuously mine insights that allow us to refine our creative so performance continues to improve over time.
On a monthly and quarterly cadence, we produce a large volume of assets to use in marketing, in-store, emails, radio, and beyond. Nimble production allows us to create purpose-built content quickly for use across a range of platforms as well as campaigns such as the Flavor Bar, Mac & Queso product launch, and more.
